Alipay offers hassle free services with important features in buit. The implementation process is very quick and easy. This is very much useful in China, Singapore etc. **What do you dislike about Alipay?** Alipay is not available in all countries so far. The most concerned thing is customer service and resolution time. Too much frauds happened with Alipay along with unauthorised access. You just have to know the payment details of the other person and you are okay. To make it more fun the person that you have added you just select the name. last but not least communication happens within the app and if you are in China is likely accepted everywhere. You can also link your card from mainland banks **What do you dislike about Alipay?** Some of the words of sentences on the app for international users are in the Chinese language so mostly if you are not familiar you will need to translate. Other categories are in the Chinese language as well. **What problems is Alipay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alipay is solving the problem of being able to make payments without carrying cash or having to use an ATM card by linking bank cards so that you can spend and receive money using your smartphone ### 5.
