Alhena AI - Set up for someone who isn't an expert was simple and saw the benefits on the 1st 2 weeks. Alhena was the 1st AI that came very close to the tone and branding via Conversations we was looking for. We have seen Alhena grow, and the support team are fantastic!

Gleen AI's response quality is outstanding.  In addition, the responsiveness of the Gleen team is amazing. The Gleen team was there for us at every step of the process -- from documentation, to pre-implementation, to post-implementation and ongoing performance monitoring.  You couldn't ask for a better partner to help you on your journey to transform CS with generative AI.

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

We'd love to use Gleen AI to improve conversion on our website. Gleen AI has been focused primarily on improving customer service, but improving conversion is a big deal as well. They're in the process of adding a lot of conversion features.

Profitable scalability. Our revenue, customers, and customer service issues were growing exponentially. Gleen AI has enabled us to profitably scale.

**What do you like best about Alhena AI?**

I love Gleen AI's ability to show screenshots of our UI within its chat window. These screens are from our documentation, but they're much more helpful in the context of a relevant support conversation.

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

Their billing system isn't yet built to automatically support a pay-as-you-go model and just leave a credit card on file. They've been very helpful with a work-around. This speaks VOLUMES to their customer service & flexibility.

**What problems is Alhena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have all of the support documentation, but our customers don't like sifting thru documents. With the same docs, Gleen AI is able to answer our customers' questions extremely well and in a coherent + personal way.

Gleen AI is extraordinary. It's extremely accurate & thorough.  We're stunned by the quality of responses from Gleen AI. Even our customer service team is modeling some of their own responses off of Gleen AI responses.

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

I'd love to see more of an interactive dashboard and a longer lookback period on AI metrics. CS teams love metrics. We have some basic metrics, but I'd love to be able to slice and dice a bit more.

**What problems is Alhena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to improve response time and customer satisfaction. In addition, we wanted to free up our Customer Service team so they could work on other important projects for the company.

**What do you like best about Alhena AI?**

I personally liked the support I received whenever we raised a concern or feedback. We receive responses within the hour, if not within minutes from the time we send our question or support request. The Bot surely is not perfect but definitely responds with accuracy as long as you keep it updated with it's sources.

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

I honestly can't say anything for feedback as I am not expecting perfection. The support that the Gleen team provides is definitely one of the big reasons I like working with their platform.

**What problems is Alhena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gleen AI helped us improve our service levels through quick responses that were accurate and allowed our team to focus on interactions that need human intervention or situations where there is a need for management approval.

The accurately of the answers, the settings, how to program your bot into a bot that fits in your company/ on your website/webshop. 

I really love it, if you don't know anything about it you are not the only one I didn't know too but it is easy and understandable.

Hmm, at the moment not really much. The only thing what maybe could better is quicker answers in the chat but it is already quick so yeah I am more then happy with this future.

We evaluated over 10 GenAI chatbots. Gleen AI not only has more accurate & relevant responses, but it also does a better job of understanding customers' questions. Our product is pretty technical, so this is important.

We saw a glitch where the bot responded with the customer's own email and phone number. This resulted in a quick fix, and we haven't seen the problem occur again.

It was extremely easy to try Gleen AI. Completely frictionless. We really were able to get a feel for Gleen AI's responses, as well as how easy it was to get Gleen AI up and running.

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

As the product continues to mature, a few features would be great to help us maintain our knowledgebase - for example, in the admin interface, for down-voted responses, I'd love to get a link back to the overall conversation. This would help the team better understand the context of the question.

Improving response time and customer experience. The ability to offer 24/7 support to our customers. And we're using Gleen AI to improve the quality of our documentation.

A great assistant in the field of e-commerce! It is easy to set up - just provide a link to the store, and the bot will study all the available information and then communicate with potential customers. This is definitely a huge plus.

**What do you like best about Alhena AI?**

The product itself is extremely helpful for building and educating community. Whenever we have newcomers, all they have to do is ask, and Gleen routes them to resources we already have without having the user look around and have the blocker of familiarizing our Discord community first. Talk about ease for our community! It's also cool how you can actually personalize Gleen's personality so it doesn't feel like a boring robot. It actually speaks like how we want it to!

We have tested it a lot before putting out for the community and the Gleen team makes sure the bot is retrained once a week to make sure its up to date. Also very easy to use in Discord!

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

I think what was difficult for us in the beginning is how we had to sort out all our documentation and resources first so we can feed the bot the right data to use as a response (which might be actually for the best so its more in order). But man, it was a lot of work specially if you're still building up all your documentations haha!

The good thing though was that we were always guided and assisted by Ashu so its more of a smooth process for us. The Gleen team was sooo patient! And by the way, anytime we had a product feedback/feature request, they always make sure to build it up and ready for the future. It's like they're a one tap away team. They're just so lovely!

Ease of community moderation. Takes a lot of time away from FAQ communications!

I love Gleen AI's ability to seamlessly integrate with ZenDesk. Customers can easily request a transfer to a human agent, and Gleen AI does the transfer. No infinite AI loops for the customer.

The Zendesk integration broke due to some Zendesk changes. But the team was able to quickly identify and fix the issue.

Gleen AI helps both shoppers and buyers. For prospective buyers, it answers product related questions and serves as a virtual sales assistant. For customers, it handles first line customer support. It does a great job with both.

Was initially missing features to improve conversion and AOV. We've been working with the Gleen team to add more selling features, like pro-actively nudging a customer and showing multiple related products.

**What do you like best about Alhena AI?**

Gleen is helpful all around in easily accessing any parts of your documentation, sites, docs, and more. But the real power comes in how it can pull it all together. You don't have to remember which source you have a bit of information in, just ask Gleen and it'll find it for you.

Being able to train Gleen is also a huge boon, whether it got something incorrect, you want to provide a better answer, or have a particular special answer you want provided for certain types of questions, it's all easy to do.

The setup was basically instantaneous and required zero technical knowledge.

Being able to customize the personality is the icing on the top. We were able to set up our Gleen Bot to act as our ever omniscient guardian of knowledge (with a tiny ego problem) and we love it!

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

There are no downsides to Gleen or parts that are unhelpful. My only wish is that it continues to grow and expand - Deeper GitHub integration and faster feedback loops for incorrect/bad answers are my top requested features but it is amazing to use as is.

**What problems is Alhena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of information spread out - Github repo descriptions, Notion docs, our website and more. We are working on making this more accessible to users, but it will never be all in one place due to the necessities of each tool. Gleen is perfect for bringing this all together just by asking a simple question.

**What do you like best about Alhena AI?**

Gleen's accuracy is really high and we needed something high in accuracy. That was the main reason we went for Glean. Fleato is a marketplace for arts and collectibles and we have real customers asking real questions in our channels. As such, we needed something high in quality which Gleen provided.

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

Nothing in particular. Gleen's support team is very responsive and they ship features very fast. I dont have anything I dislike about Gleen

**What problems is Alhena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gleen chatbot to answer Fleato's user's answers. The questions are about product recommendations, returns and pricing. Gleen chatbot is best at answering these questions. It saved more than 60% of my time that I used to spedn in support.
I also use Gleen ticketing which is their version of Zendesk helpdesk. This works nicely with Gleen AI. The product hands off the questions that AI can't answer to humans.

**What do you like best about Alhena AI?**

We tested five different chatbots before trying Gleen, which stood out with its high accuracy. They delivered what they promised with their zero-hallucination chatbot. Additionally, it can combine knowledge from multiple sources to create an answer. This is very handy when the information is scattered across multiple platforms (confluence, slack, and Google Docs).

**What do you dislike about Alhena AI?**

There is not much to dislike about this company and product. Sometimes we try and push the boundary of what Gleen can do. In those cases, you find the limitations.

**What problems is Alhena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Gleen in customer support and in internal searches across documents. In customer support, Gleen has allowed us to reduce the stress on the CS team by handling over 60% of queries automatically. Internal search was a bonus use case that we stumbled upon and now we use it heavily to find things such as the status of projects, the latest discussion around an initiative, etc.

Its really the best support tool that money can buy - highly accurate, works like a butter right out of the gate, little to no maintenance needed. It really is a high quality AI solution that blends the best of AI and UI/UX.

They are a bit expensive compared to alternatives.

We are a small team and during peak season, it's been challenging to have enough people to support our users. Our customers love to interact with this bot that resolves many of their queries within a few seconds. The bot knows when to hand it off to a human and it doesn't frustrate my users with endless loops before handing off to reps.

It's a great, but new product. As such, some of the bells and whistles around notifications are missing. I would love to see more emails coming from Gleen around support activities.

We wanted to give our customers the power to self-support using AI. This was implemented to add delight to our support operations. After Gleen, our team is able to devote more attention to deserving queries where our users actually want to speak with us. Gleen AI team has been very responsive and worked with us to address our specific needs and provide quick solutions. They are a great partner for anyone who needs an early AI adoption.

Additional dashboard customizations and analytics would be helpful and it's likely to come in future releases. Incorporating domain meta-data to fine tune the model and in recommending leading prompts would be a great feature to have.

Engaging and educating Migraine patients or caregivers by providing them nutrient expertise based integrative care solutions for their wellness. Still in early stages but we have received positive review from doctors and patiens who have used it so far.

Maintenance? Almost negligible. Gleen AI is extremely easy to maintain, freeing up our resources for other tasks while democratizing access to highly valuable answers to internal users.

There were internal doubters about generative AI's reliability. During the testing phase, we identified a few edge cases. After proving Gleen AI's non-hallucinating capabilities, I won them over—small bumps on an otherwise smooth road.
