ALEX Benefits Administration Reviews & Product Details

Jellyvision is the company behind ALEX, an AI-powered benefits platform trusted by employers, brokers, and carriers to help employees understand and use their benefits with confidence. For over 30 years, Jellyvision has combined behavioral science with a conversational, human approach to make complex topics feel simple. ALEX Home now brings benefits administration into the same platform as decision support and year-round engagement, giving employees one connected journey from learning to enrolling to using their benefits — no more bouncing between disconnected systems. API-first integrations connect ALEX Home to HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems automatically, eliminating manual CSV uploads and SFTP files. Eligibility management, enrollment administration, and compliance support are built in from day one, with guided configuration that lets teams launch fast. Automated communications trigger off real enrollment activity and eligibility changes, keeping employees informed without adding work for HR. For brokers, it replaces disconnected point solutions with one modern platform and no forced migration — teams can adopt ben admin capabilities on their own timeline.
