Aleida Reviews & Product Details

For a consumer brand, the people who apply for a job are also its customers. Most of them never get to talk to anyone. They send a CV, get a standard email or nothing at all, and remember it the next time they shop. Aleida changes that. Aleida is an AI interview for consumer brands that hire at volume. Everyone who applies gets a structured interview in chat, in the employer's name, logo and colours, on their phone and with no login. The questions are about the job, and Aleida follows up on what each candidate actually wrote, so they get to show who they are and leave knowing more about the role. Every candidate gets something back, including those who do not go further: a summary in the employer's name, in their own words. 9 in 10 candidates rate the interview 4 or 5 out of 5. The recruiter gets a write-up where every candidate is assessed the same way, with the candidate's own words under every assessment. Aleida rejects no one. The recruiter sees who to call first and makes the decision. Aleida connects to your ATS, so the interview goes out when someone applies and the write-up lands on the candidate's profile. Candidate data is stored in the EU.
