Albus helps search for information spread across all your workplace apps from one place. He uses GPT-4 and the latest AI technologies to instantly find the answers you need. He understands contexts in your Slack conversations, the feature specifications in your Jira ticket, your ongoing deals in HubSpot and map all of it together when you ask a question. **What do you like best about Albus?**

Whenever I have a question, Instead of going through different documents and searching the relevant document I can ask albus and it will do the searching part for me which saves a lot of time. and using albus is super easy just simple english and that is it!

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

Overall Albus is great, it is well made for slack where maximum teams hangout, so there is nothing to dislike so far.

**What problems is Albus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a new joinee there is alot of information and context that I need to gain in order to perform well and align myself with company values, now in order to read the docs or clear my doubts I do not have to break someone else's workflow and can simply ask albus.

Easy to use, quick answers. We have integrated it easily in our current systems, main,y on Slack and it is a great tool.

It is still learning our processes and products but it learns quickly. So far it will only give a wrong answer once.

It is helping with our internal Knowledged database. It is helping our customer exeprince team self serve. They ask it questions and it gives them answers. This is making us more efficent and save son management time.

**What do you like best about Albus?**

Currently we are in the learning phase with Albus, but we love how quickly it can find information through the thousands of files we uploaded. The intergration process into other applications such as Teams, SharePoint and even local webfiles makes the sharing of information easy and accessable.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

The only issue so far that we are currently having with Albus is just understanding what it can't do.

**What problems is Albus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently right now Albus is helping our employees to find the information that is relavant to them. Such as work from home polices and sick leave. We are a project managment company so most of work is drafting plans for sites Albus is helping us locate old templates based on keywords we used to make the docs.

The more you use it, the more personal the answers become. At the start, it only gave facts, but now it seems like the answers are becoming more "human". Cooool

I really like how Albus acts as a co-pilot for customer support reps, it helps us do our jobs easier and more efficiently!

It's not always 100% accurate, it needs training. But that comes with time.

Currently, we're using Albus in our Slack channel to act as a sort of co-pilot for customer support reps to help them do their jobs more efficiently.

Also, the development team is on top of it and helpful to getting it set up and problem solving. Impressive customer service and done right.

Albus has been quite helpful in offering good input whenever I have submitted my writing for assessment. It has provided areas of progress that are very commendable. Furthermore, the Albus development team has provided a direct contact channel so that we may influence Albus' progress and view the roadmap ahead. A fantastic group of folks with an excellent product.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

While Albus generally performs admirably, it occasionally struggles to recognise particular terms. This appears consistent with GPT's safety constraints, which attempt to preserve sensitive information. However, when specific phrases must be addressed, it might be a little annoying for the user.

**What problems is Albus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides me with drafting emails, creating drafts for agencies/consultants, creating simplified processes & also on HR compliance. Helping streamline internal employee issues helping save time and releasing pressure on HR and other departments. I use this platform to compose emails, generate drafts for agencies and consultants, develop streamlined processes, and focus on Human Resources compliance. Additionally, it facilitates the resolution of internal employee issues, thereby saving time and relieving HR of the burden.

**What do you like best about Albus?**

Without a doubt, what satisfies me the most is "Integrations".
Yes we can use ChatGPT from openAI or PoE but at $19/m, and there are more complex tuning configurations needed to integrate our organization's own documents.
In Albus I just need a Slack account, at a very reasonable price.

Albus's team tirelessly adds new features to the product, and I am a witness to all of this. At first, "Integrations" could only use Google Drive format, but look at how many ways there are now, they even added a Chrome extension.

If you encounter some minor issues, you can email them and they will respond quickly.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

When I first started using Albus, I encountered various small bugs, but they have all been resolved.

So what I dislike the most now might be that Albus has given up on chat apps other than Slack. Initially, it did support Microsoft Teams.

The Albus team responded to me saying it would support it in the future, but I guess it may not happen so soon. I hope more apps can use Albus instead of just Slack.

In our organization's workflow, we often have to review lengthy and complicated documents, which previously required a lot of effort. Albus has helped simplify this problem in a very relaxed manner.

I love that is integrated within slack, and i dont have to switch between platforms while working. It has helped me leverage slack as a platform especially with features like summatise thread. With accurate information and the option to finetune the details, I end up using it more than I thought. It has been one of the smoothest ai chatbots I have used so far.

Albus being currently limited to Slack only might be a problem far down the line.

Albus is integrating new tech that is AI with existing tech that people are familiar with like platforms such as Slack. It helps me do all my work in one place, instead of switching tabs and apps. It doesnt break my workflow. This enables me to use it more often due to the convenience of integration.

Albus connects with multiple data sources and allows our team members to engage with the company content directly from Slack. The speed of response is great with high accuracy. Albus has become our go-to solution for internal running smart chatbot on our company wiki, Google drive files, Notion, and slack messages. The best part is it is very easy to implement and can be trained easily. 

The team members at Albus are very supportive and helped us with all our requirements. Kudos to the Albus Team!

Using Albus, my professional life has became a lot more porductive now. 

I like the features integrated in Albus and it's overall functioning. It is really easy to use and I use it almost regularly at work.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

The response time need some work to be done. It, sometimes, generates the result after 2 minutes.

**What problems is Albus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Albus for content rewriting and article generation and it has performed all the tasks I have given so well so far. My writing experience has changed a lot since its use. It has become my ultimate solution.

Though the response timing is a bit slow, the results Albus generates are up-to-the-mark.

Albus makes a great little assitant and keeps me company in my solo slack channel. I personally have used it to help me think of DIY science project ideas and I have been thrilled with the results.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

I wish it were available on more platforms. Soon I will have to pay for Slack premium in addition to Albus. Note that I enjoy Albus so much that I am considering paying for a premium slack account so I can continue using it, it goes to show how much I enjoy Albus .

I also am not fond of the 100 questiions limit, but I don't think I even used up all my questions this month. They were used up more slowly than i had anticipated.

Very fast, and very accurate.

Albus helped us quickly get answers for tough questions that required a great deal of knowledge in our product. Albus was able to ingest a massive quantity of data, articles, conversations and information, and has been very useful in providing accurate, professional and smart responses.

One of the greatest things about Albus however, is the ability to work with multilingual content. It was amazing.

**What do you like best about Albus?**

Firstly the really helpful support time. Offered lots of quick replies to my help in order to get a demo setup and working. Quickly troubleshooted a problem and offered realistic timeframes. Has plenty of integrations now with more in the pipeline. Price is more than reasonable and it was easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

So there are a few core apps still being worked on like Teams and SharePoint but once those are up and running it really is looking great!

I wanted something that would link all the tools in our business together to create a single source of truth for users across the business. This was for a hackathon project/idea but certainly something i'll be trying to progress if the interest is there.

Helpful in retrieving answers to repetative questions on slack. Now that it also skims through our KB articles, it's a absolute game changer. A lot of information is missed out and there's a lot of repetation in questions when new people join. This is where to a large extent Albus helps save us time.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

Comapared to another tool thet we were trying, the answers were a little unreliable since it adds information from the internet. However there's an option where we can ask it to search for answers within our information center.

- Saves time with repetative questions.
- As a person working in Support, this reduces the TAT in getting back to the costumer.
- Overall, has helped me with 40% of queries.

The main feature I like about this is that it's really helpful when I got stuck with my content. Whenever I seek help from albus, it provides detailed information.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

The thing what I don't like about this is that sometimes it provides irrelevant information and we can't relate to it. For example: If minor error is being spotted, it defines our content from the beginning.

I'm learning a course which is related to writing. Daily prompts will be assigned in a regular basis. As we were lot of people in that group, mentors can't go ahead with each of our answers. So they have assigned albus for us to clarify our doubts by giving feedback.

Albus is a great assistant. It simplifies repetitive tasks, provides insight, answers questions, and finds solutions. It uses both, the internet and the local information system to provide qualitative responses. It is easy to use and is available any time! It also stays with us and reworks on its responses till we learn to get the prompts just right. When used properly, Albus is a comprehensive support system.

Being AI, Albus sometimes needs additional support in understanding how to respond to particular questions.

The Albus tool it's easily get integrated with our slack. As an Education Tech company our students can easily talk with Albus AI to clear their doubts and queries. It's easy to understand for any non tech person. Gets integrated with slack so our students does not need to go anywhere to use this tool. It's great.

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

Although it's a great tool. We as a company love to tell our students about this tool. It would be great if Albus can send message on his own to our students to introduce him to the students. In this way we can see higher usage of Albus among our students.

We are a Education Tech company and our students often have lot of similar questions that is difficult for our team to always answer all the time. Albus helps us to not only solve this problem but also our students can ask other general questions regarding their projects which is awesome.

I love having AI directly in my company slack channels to ask questions and execute tasks for me. You can also feed it content so that you can allow company employees to ask the AI tool instead of asking humans - things like company handbook info, process info, etc.. Super useful!

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

No dislikes currently. It seems to work great and be a very useful tool that is quite simple to setup. I feel like it does way more than I have even taken advantage of yet.

It saves back and forth conversation between employees and managers. Employees can ask the AI questions that they would normally ask a supervisor which increases efficiency.

Its quick and easy to use.
It takes seconds for a resonse.
Its accurate.
It saves loads of time having to troll the internet etc. to process your data yourself, it does it for you which means you save loads and loads of time to do other important daily tasks. 
I use it everyday constantly.
It takes no time to set up / impliment.
Its a game changer, and makes you super efficient!!

I got to know about albus while using it in Slack. I have loved Albus ever since I found it. I was impressed with the responses that it gave.
It helps as a helper in many situations. It helps me be a bit more creative.
It is easy to use, I can use it in many conditions. It is working great with Slack.

Only that there are times when albus does not give a proper answer, I believe with time it will be response as well.

I like how Albus is so easy to use and free for all. It give better results than GPT 3.5 and have good quality of customer support as well. I hope with time a few changes it will create its own identity like a brand.

**What do you like best about Albus?**

- The Albus team is genuinely committed to helping us solve our problems 

- Albus gives quick answers to internal queries. Our customer support team and customer success team use Albus extensively in their day-to-day work

- Fantastic customer support - I've never had to wait more than 15 mins to get a response on any issue

**What do you dislike about Albus?**

- The product is still new and developing.  So their might be small bugs and issues, but nothing that can't be fixed.

**What problems is Albus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Our Customer Support team has a Slack channel where they post all queries that require engineering support. More often than not, these queries are repetitive.

Now, when we ask Albus to answer a query - Albus points us to the last time the same/ similar query was raised. This is the best part of what Albus does and is quite literally the 'gold mine'.

Albus also answers the query that was asked (after reading our company wiki - intercom, slack, notion, HubSpot), but the thing that is really valuable to us is - reading the last time this question was asked - and how it was answered

Out of all the chatbot based solutions where you can upload your documents and fetch information, Albus has got to be one of the best. I have tried a lot, for example - Dante.AI, chatbase and CustomGPt. But Albus was by far the best of all.

Albus can connect with my calendar and schedule/reschedule meetings as well and I think team should work on it as a complete AI assitant on Slack.

Moreover, the Albus development team has opened a direct communication pathway so we can influence Albus' evolution and see the roadmap ahead. Great group of people with a great product.

It's an incomplete product and has some bugs as it is in the early stage, which is to be expected. As long as you understand the technology and temper expectations, this is an exciting point as we watch this great piece of tech evolve.
