Not to mention custom reports which are very compelling and contain precise information exported in many formats. **What do you dislike about Akoonu?** Although they have 24/7 support, it is not easy to find resources in certain time zones such as APJ, IST for example. Compliance risk is also confirmed when you use it. **Recommendations to others considering Akoonu:** Try to improve some areas such as third-party integrations, live chat, collaboration tools, and file sharing **What problems is Akoonu solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary aim that we wanted to achieve with Akoonu was to increase pipeline quality and increase sale effectiveness by enhancing customer relationships by a seamless integration. ### 2. I think the persona feature / forecasting feature have a lot of versatility that can be adapted into a lot of different models. **What do you dislike about Akoonu?** I have not worked with this software long enough to determine what features I dislike. Through searching / reading about Akoonu's user interface, it really seems like a lot of potential questions are easy to navigate. There are a lot of resources available. **What problems is Akoonu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now, I am in the discovery phase of what & where I want to use Akoonu. There are a variety of applications that could benefit from Akoonu's forecasting and persona features. ### 3.
