What do you like best about Akoonu?

Really great and efficient at both Data Export and Data Import. Not to mention custom reports which are very compelling and contain precise information exported in many formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akoonu?

Although they have 24/7 support, it is not easy to find resources in certain time zones such as APJ, IST for example. Compliance risk is also confirmed when you use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not worked with this software long enough to determine what features I dislike. Through searching / reading about Akoonu's user interface, it really seems like a lot of potential questions are easy to navigate. There are a lot of resources available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
