Forecasting that is trustworthy and believable, geared towards delivering better visibility at the manager / leadership level. Forecasting correctly is so much more difficult than it feels like it would be intuitively. Akoonu has figure this out and delivered a VERY robust solution with all of the nuance / complexity behind the scenes so I can benefit from its sophistication without needing to obsess about the details. Fills in the gaps that most tools in the tech stack can't answer, and it does it without a "black box." Highly configurable doesn't always sound great, but in this case it is really helpful. Every business has unique needs, and RevWorks has the capabilities to look at revenue by seller, team, product, even line items. The pipeline review and Workbench views drill down to the deal and track what changed week over week, so we walk into team calls already knowing what moved. I love that Akoonu RevWorks is native in Salesforce, allowing me to update straight on the page. It gives great overview metrics to track how deals are moving through the pipeline. I find it really convenient that you only need to update things once, which drives all of our internal forecasting. This tool is a great way to visualize data and track order progress, as well as performance against targets. The ease of customization is a major benefit for everyone in the organization. Each user can quickly set up custom views to help drive performance and make sure data quality doesn’t slip. Although they have 24/7 support, it is not easy to find resources in certain time zones such as APJ, IST for example. Compliance risk is also confirmed when you use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
