**What do you like best about Akamai NetStorage?**

Akamai netstorage is one of the most reliable services we have used. it is not only been fast and secure, there is hardly any down time.  it gives us a peace of mind knowing that all the information being stored is secure. with the high speeds , it also allows us to be more productive. we have tried a few other cloud services but nothing has compared to it yet.

**What do you dislike about Akamai NetStorage?**

the pricing of the services is quite high. to be honest, they do charge a premium knowing that their services are fast and reliable. we have tried lower cost or even free trial versions of other companies but the you have to pay to get the best. paying a high price each for security is something we can't save on to be honest.

**What problems is Akamai NetStorage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving our information security. it gives us a safety net knowing that our information is being well protected from outside forces and it has been keeping up with our productivity as it has almost no downtime and speeds are fast and quick. large files get uploaded with a blink of an eye and it's something that we love so we don't have to worry about loss data/data packets.

"have been using Akamai LUNA for the past 5 years, the console has been upgraded a few times but only for the better, ease of use and interface are great"

**What do you dislike about Akamai NetStorage?**

Nothing to report, everything works as designed

**What problems is Akamai NetStorage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

one of the solutions that we are using it for is for the waiting room. during covid we had an unusual amount of traffic that the site kept crashing, through netstorage we were able to set up more than 1 waiting room for the different LOB that we have
