It saves me time for coding cool things, not fighting backups. Automatic failover means that my app wil always be running no matter what heppens. **What do you dislike about Aiven for MySQL?** The promised high availability configurations also become buggy and cause unexpected failures. The challenges of installation, configuration, and maintenance still lurk a perfect workflow. The cost of convenience comes at a price, and Aiven is not a cheap solution. Before diving in, do not forget to crunch the numbers, more so if your data needs are low. **What problems is Aiven for MySQL solving and how is that benefiting you?** The weight of the database is removed from me by Aiven, and I can focus on what I am good at. It is giving automatic upgrades, no more mess, no more anxiety about backups, and no more fear over downtime. It is asking to having a superhero database available 24/7. It resolves the difficulties associated with database management but the whole indeed benefits are reduced by the reliability issue. ### 3. It isn't mobile friendly yet but I'm sure it's being worked on.
