I was reviewing LinkedIn automation tools and the 1st name that popped up was Expandi, second Aimfox, I reached out to both these companies for a demo of their product and a trial. 1) Expandi - Join group demos on Mondays, sent an email as I couldnt wait for the demo wanted to trial the tool myself, but couldnt get access, had the death circle screen show up while signing up, emailed support and the automated account manager - no response 3 days later 2) Aimfox - Ksenija, sales rep - day 0.5 hours, how can I help you, I had some issues connecting my accont, support TAT- 15 mins to my email, demo and answers to my questions, same day! As a buyer, its support and customer service that matter more to me, they treated me, a $39/seat paying customer just as important as their $100k paying customer! Unibox Consolidate conversations from different accounts into a single unibox. Leads Database Organize and categorize leads in a dedicated area with filters, notes, and export option. Team Management Granular management and specific permissions: Owners, Admins, and Agents get role-specific access. InMail optimization Bypass LinkedIn connection request limits by reaching out to the target audience directly through InMails. The first problem that Aimfox solves is that it allows users to select IPs and Proxies based on the geographical area where LinkedIn is most accessed. The coverage of the geographical areas available is worldwide, and being an integrated function, it eliminates the need to buy IPs or local proxies. We have used other tools in the past for our campaigns, and many times we have been banned, which is why we decided to use this tool and we are happy with the choice we made. The second problem it solves is personalization, often these tools have a "fake behavior" while here everything is automatically customized, such as sending the message based on the lead's local time, translating it into their language, aand the automatic follow-up based on their "behavior".
