What do you like best about AIclicks?

We have made AI Clicks an essential component of our SEO and LLM optimization workflow. I value how straightforward the setup process is, as well as the clear insights provided on visibility, sentiment, and citation data for relevant queries. I also find it helpful that we can easily compare these metrics with those of our competitors, allowing us to benchmark our LLM performance within our industry. Another aspect I appreciate is the regular communication with the AI Clicks team, which enables us to discuss the data we’re observing and identify additional information that could support our decision-making and reporting. What do you dislike about AIclicks?

The Platform continues to develop, with new features being introduced on a regular basis. Despite this progress, I find that there are still some limitations, particularly regarding its prompt recommendations. We often rely on external tools to help us decide which prompts to monitor. What problems is AIclicks solving and how is that benefiting you?

AI Clicks has become an essential platform for tracking and reporting on LLM visibility within our agency. We have integrated it into all of our client accounts to help them understand how search is evolving and to demonstrate how our agency’s efforts contribute to their success in Answer Engine searches. Furthermore, the Sources report is particularly valuable, as it reveals where LLM responses to monitored queries are sourcing their information. This insight is vital for us to determine what types of content we should create, identify opportunities to gain additional mentions, and make informed decisions that enhance our LLM performance, rather than simply monitoring it. It shows external sources influencing AI answer. In our case ChatGPT was relying heavily on three outdated articles for most of our citations. We refreshed those pages with updated data and schema.
