AI Screenr Reviews & Product Details

AI Screenr is an AI-powered candidate screening platform that conducts structured voice interviews with your candidates automatically — eliminating the 60–90 minutes of recruiter time spent on each first-round call. Recruiters configure a job once: required skills, knockout criteria, scoring rubric, and the questions they'd normally ask by phone. The platform then runs the entire screening process — from candidate invitation to ranked shortlist — without any manual intervention. What candidates experience: A natural voice conversation with an AI interviewer (Alex) in their native language. They click a link, talk to Alex for 20–30 minutes, and answer scripted questions plus any follow-ups the AI generates based on their responses. Available 24/7 — no scheduling back-and-forth. What recruiters get: Within minutes of the interview ending, a fully scored evaluation appears in the dashboard: numeric score (0–100), pass/fail on knockout criteria, recommendation (Yes / Maybe / No), AI-detected red flags, full transcript, audio/video recording, and a heat-map comparing all candidates for that role on every competency dimension. Built-in workflow automation: Drag-and-drop workflow editor lets recruiters configure exactly what happens after each interview — invite to second round, auto-reject, send personalized email (AI-generated per candidate), route to hiring manager for an Approve/Reject email, or branch on any decision criterion. End-to-end, no human in the loop unless you want one. Standard voice — high quality with lower per-interview cost, ideal for high-volume screening Chat — text-only mode, lowest cost (~$0.20/interview), works on any device, no microphone needed Languages: 38 supported, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Dutch, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, and Vietnamese. The interview, scoring, candidate emails, and dashboard all localize automatically.
