The next level of use of genarative AI and use of voice. It can replace a lot of existing tech such as chatbots and improve the customer experience.

We have been using Airudder more than a year for our desk collection, they have good AI and fast response service. Higly recommended.

As for now we dont have any problem cooperate with Airudder teams.

**What do you like best about AI Rudder?**

AIRudder AI provides incredibly huge call results and insights. The performance is also better than a human agent and also reduce our operational cost significantly

So far everything is good, for improvement can add feature to allow more customization in the website such as the creation of AI by the client for voice and script, managing webhook URL, and create more user to access the website with specific role.

An excellent product and solution to be used, especially for those who seek automation for their daily business operations in the call center business. Easy Integration using API and webhooks.

**What do you like best about AI Rudder?**

AI Rudder has a rich dialogue library for our company to use immediately, so we do not need to build ours from zero, which saves us lots of time. Besides, once we want to add additional specific dialogues, we can turn to AI Rudder for help.

**What do you dislike about AI Rudder?**

The web interface on the mobile experience is not smooth. So it will be better for AI Rudder to build a mobile app interface, and then I can check all information without using a laptop.

Our payment rate increased rapidly after using this software by ensuring debtor responses with manual agent follow-ups.

Data security is significant for every business, and our company decided to use AI Rudder because it promised to keep our data in our country instead of moving the data outside. And it kept its promise.

Basically, I like everything. If I have to say one more thing is that, it may not be a perfect option for larger organizations with large teams, as it could get pricey.

**What do you like best about AI Rudder?**

AI Rudder provides more than 10 languages, including different types of voice as well. I can choose any voice to satisfy my need. For example, I chose a soft woman voice in the early stage of loan collection, and a tough man voice in the late stage. The various voice choices improved the repayment rate for our company.

Its interface is not very beautiful, but rapidly improving.

Multiple language support is also a good feature of its product. As a company that has customers in other countries, we need such a product with multiple language support to meet our business needs.

To keep the software stable and fully functional, we need to have a steady Internet connection. But it doesn't matter, every online-based software has this requirement.

We can set a schedule to call/recall the debtors
Support male and female voices with multiple languages

Nothing to dislike, but need enhancement in some areas.

With humans, we have many limitations to reach our debtors (such as different working hours and time zones), with AIrudder we can reach our debtors more and in an easy way

Support. Their staff is knowledgeable about its products and services, and also our current call centre software. And their effectiveness in dealing with technical problems impressed me the most.

**What do you dislike about AI Rudder?**

The only thing that comes to my mind is that the system does not have the function to display the price of each call in real-time. So, I hope they can add this function in the future.

This software helps our company raised the call response rate. The robot can work in the early morning, which has the highest response rate before our agents start to work.
