AI PREVAIL Reviews & Product Details

Harver AI PREVAIL™ is a first-of-its-kind assessment module that measures a candidate's AI aptitude — the foundational ability to understand, adapt to, and leverage AI tools in the flow of real work. Built on Harver's proven assessment science, AI PREVAIL™ evaluates practical AI judgment, applied use in real job scenarios, learning agility, and human-AI collaboration effectiveness, serving both new candidate screening and existing workforce assessment. This addresses a critical gap: nearly 90% of organizations now use AI but only 1% are mature in its adoption, and 94% of CEOs and CHROs cite AI as the top in-demand skill while just 35% feel prepared. Delivered as an add-on module, AI PREVAIL™ integrates with leading ATS platforms and deploys in days, not months.
