
The granularity of controls in the dashboard allow us to easily create backup sets and migrate them from one server to another, breaking down by client user and the verbosity of the reports. I use Ahsay everyday and intergration with the API allows me to have reporting directly into our RMM/PSA solution, I have never needed to contact customer support at any point in time and the solution is so easy to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had any issues really, troubleshooting is extremely easy due to the verbosity of reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
