Eden Reviews & Product Details

Eden is a 24/7 AI receptionist that frees US small business owners from phone anxiety. For owner-operators, the phone has always been an impossible trade-off: answer every call and you cannot do your work; ignore it and you lose customers. Eden answers every call in a natural voice, uses the business's own knowledge base, captures lead details, answers common questions, books appointments, transfers urgent calls, filters spam, and returns a transcript, recording, summary, and suggested next action for every conversation. Setup takes about 90 seconds by forwarding an existing business line, with no new phone system or technical skills required.
