## About Agendio
Agendio is a booking platform for leisure and service businesses in Spain —indoor playgrounds, birthday party venues, sports centres and gyms, restaurants and academies— that takes the whole booking process into WhatsApp. Customers book the way they already do, by sending a WhatsApp message, and Agendio's AI assistant handles availability, confirmation, paperwork and access, 24/7 and without staff involvement. What it does: • AI chatbot on the WhatsApp Business API that answers in natural language, checks availability in real time and confirms the booking inside the chat. • Access control: integrates with automatic door and lock systems and sends each customer a temporary access code for their booking slot, with a real-time log of entries and exits and a staff notification for every access. • Automatic documentation: booking contracts, invoices, email confirmations and reminders 24 hours before the event, adapted to the GDPR. • Central management: calendar with weekly, monthly and yearly views, special events and blocked dates, prices and packages, users and permissions, and real-time reports. • Multi-location: several centres from a single panel, each with its own WhatsApp number or all on one. • Google Calendar sync. Setup takes under 30 minutes and needs no technical knowledge: the Agendio team configures the chatbot with the business's opening hours, prices and services. Pricing: from €99 per month, depending on booking volume and number of centres, with a 15-day free trial and no credit card required. A 30-minute guided demo is available.
