Easy to use and configure, and the tech support is great as well.

**What do you dislike about Agency Intermedia?**

Not much to hate or dislike here, the agency does good work.

**Recommendations to others considering Agency Intermedia:**

It is a great product very easy to use and configure and it will save you and your team long term dollars.  Also, very reliable and dependable service rarely goes down.

**What problems is Agency Intermedia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intermedia has provided SIP based VOIP telephone services for us agency wide and we are using that service daily without any issues.
