Agave happened to be a great solution. The onboarding process is seamless and we needed to condense our onboarding which they happened to meet that deliverable. The default settings make the most sense - at first you question it, but then once you see the integrations it all makes sense. They do the thinking for you and have the capability of creating custom automations. **What do you dislike about Agave?** A few updates in the future would be nice. Such as sending an invoice without a job in ST. That way you can seamlessly sell from the office perspective. As long as they roll out new updates and features, I’m happy with it for now. **What problems is Agave solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re transforming our business to digital and Agave allowed for us to keep our account software. We didn’t want to switch to Quickbooks. Agave filled the gap between ST and Sage 100. ### 2. Thus, Agave simplifies and helps to protect from errors in data transfer and processing with automated data management. **What do you dislike about Agave?** I have not managed to integrate it with my favorite project management application. It makes me have to switch the two and kind of have a small workflow issue going on because I use a different system for tasks and communication. **What problems is Agave solving and how is that benefiting you?** I consider Agave as a life changing innovation for my construction business for data management. Better data quality has also enhanced the communication process with vendors and subcontractors hence enhancing project delivery. ### 3. Unified Location for multiple software platforms I used to be extremely helpful in elimination of time that was previously spent exporting and importing my data. **What do you dislike about Agave?** The transformations that Agave does on data, especially complex ones, are kinda weird and not very fluent. When I want to change or combine aspects from different sources before passing them to another system, it becomes cumbersome. **What problems is Agave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synchronizing data between everyday applications, Agave is useful. It helps in the reduction of paperwork since it minimizes instance of data entry that are prone to errors. This helps me to save much time and also ensure that my projects are properly managed. ### 5. It transfers data automatically without the need for retyping and reduces the occurrence of errors. **What do you dislike about Agave?** I noticed that the choices available in configuring the data mapping was somewhat restricted. In some cases, there were certain data fields that required change, but there was no option to do it directly on Agave. **What problems is Agave solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has given efficiency in the process since there is a smooth flow of the data, there is better information and the time is saved more to manage other projects rather than spending a lot of time entering data. ### 6. I have come across scenarios where only subsets of data transfer or, in the worst-case scenario, data gets destroyed while transferring. **What problems is Agave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agave has the potential to solve a significant pain point in the construction industry. This possibly lead to fast transfer of data and reduce much time and effort I spend on issues to do with my projects hence creating less chaos. ### 7. The integration of data between different applications such as project and accounting eliminates a lot of work for the team. **What do you dislike about Agave?** While data mappings determine how data fields are translated from one program to another, flexibility in defining and implementing these mappings is often quite limited, which may result in mappings we need to perform manually on our end. **What problems is Agave solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Agave, it has been made much more efficient to orchestrate data between our construction technology stack. Removing the need to input data prevents mistakes that can negatively affect the outcome of the project. ### 9.
