Afterhour Reviews & Product Details

Afterhour.ai is an AI-powered call answering and intake platform built exclusively for law firms. It ensures firms never miss a call by providing always-on, natural-sounding AI agents that answer, screen, and capture every lead 24/7/365—even when human staff is offline. Instead of simple message-taking, Afterhour engages callers in full conversations, gathers key case details, and routes high-value opportunities back to the firm in real time. Designed specifically for plaintiff and consumer-focused practices (including personal injury, workers’ compensation, mass tort, and criminal defense), Afterhour helps firms stay responsive during nights, weekends, and holidays without adding headcount or overloading in-house teams. Firms can configure custom scripts, greetings, and escalation rules so every call reflects the firm’s brand and intake criteria. Urgent matters are flagged and escalated to on-call contacts, while non-urgent calls are summarized and delivered through detailed morning reports.
