Easy to use and implement for Google Workspace. All Drive and Mail data are easily accessible for restoration. The billing model uses per user and/or per disk size licenses which you can adjust at any time, and it does not have to contain all of the active users so it is very flexible. Our backup systems are able to archive files on our servers but when it comes to Google Docs and Sheets that's when we needed AFI backup. It can also do Google Drive and GMail backups too. I really appreciate how Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is reasonably priced, which makes it an affordable solution for backing up data. The support team is excellent, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively. I find the global search feature particularly useful as it allows me to search across an entire tenant efficiently. Exporting emails through the user interface is very smooth, and I value how easy it is to create rules to allow other users access to each other's mailboxes. Setting up the service was extremely easy, which was a significant advantage. These features contribute to a seamless and productive experience with Afi Backup. I originally liked the ability to add our entire Google Drive and email and get backups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace? I am frustrated by the constant increase in pricing for Afi Backup for Google Workspace, which has resulted in the cost skyrocketing to six times what it was when I started using the service 10 months ago. This escalating expense is unacceptable and unsustainable for my budget. Additionally, I find their customer support to be lacking, as they have been unresponsive and ineffective in resolving billing issues despite multiple adjustments to my account. The difficulty in managing my account, coupled with the requirement to speak to someone directly just to cancel the service, adds to my distrust. Furthermore, the initial setup of the software was moderate to difficult, which did not set a positive tone for my experience with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
