We switched to Afi from another vendor where we used to have many problems with restores and support. The system itself very fast and intuitive, no training required at all. We use self service for employees and it saves a lot of time for IT dept, especially with Teams being used heavily. Ai protection is great, and Teams support is very deep, allowed us to recover old conversations, and team sites. Support team is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?** We had a few hiccups during the onboarding, some files didn't backup due to some problems with O365, all resolved now. **What problems is Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We protect all users O365 accounts and all Teams. ### 2. We never had any issues with backup failures or restore. The best feature is the ability to create custom administrator roles, and even limit access to backup data to G Suite admins. **What do you dislike about Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?** I would like to see more automation workflows for corporate signature management and for user off boarding (auto-creation of aliases and reassignment of permissions). **What problems is Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smooth backup of all G Suite data, no issues. Just set an forget solution, the initial backup takes some time depending on the customer set-up size (up to 1k sears takes 1 day on average), backs up fast, very granular restore options, and it works. The support is great, responsive. **What do you dislike about Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?** Overall it's perfect for MSP, though some additional tooling for migration and G Suite onboarding would helpful to have. **Recommendations to others considering Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace:** Easy to use and reliable backup solution. UI is times better than other older products we used for Google Apps / G Suite backup. Very few failed backups and even when backup fails error messages are mostly useful / actionable and their support is quick to help. They also recently added backup dashboard which shows not only backup status but also user activity and security warnings (shared sensitive data etc) **What do you dislike about Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?** Advertised AI does not seem to be in there **Recommendations to others considering Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace:** Request extended trial - we got 3 month free when we started **What problems is Afi Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backup of G Suite, mostly files on Google Drive and Gmail. We retain data forever even for G Suite accounts that get deleted - something that cannot be done easily with standard Google tools, as Google Vault removes all G Suite account data if it gets deleted. This is also our safeguard in case we need to migrate to O365 (the tool allows to restore from G Suite to O365 or download email messages & files offline) ### 10.
