AerScheduler Reviews & Product Details

AerScheduler is flight school management software combining scheduling, billing, training records, maintenance, and reporting into one platform via web and mobile apps. Its five core modules share a unified data layer, removing the need for separate tools. The scheduling module offers dispatch boards for aircraft, simulators, and classrooms, enabling conflict-aware booking and self-service reservations, with close-out functionality generating invoices from Hobbs and tach readings. The billing module handles invoicing, account ledgers, autopay, and split billing. The training module tracks syllabi, graded lessons, hour requirements, and endorsements. The maintenance module logs squawks, tracks inspections, and blocks grounded aircraft from scheduling. Reporting includes dashboards for revenue, hours, and metrics, with exportable reports. Integrations include Stripe, calendar apps, and QuickBooks.
