**What do you like best about Advanced Shipping Manager?**

We run a complex combination of products that ship either freight or small parcel and Advanced Shipping Manager (ASM) gives us the ability to easily calculate shipping rates for customers on our eCommerce website better than what Shopify can. The support team at ASM is also stellar. I know them by name at this point, not because anything is wrong with the platform, but because sometimes I need help setting up weird shipping situations. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Advanced Shipping Manager?**

The UI/UX is a little outdated, but it's a shipping program, not a forward facing software. Some of the terminology is a little over my head as well.

**What problems is Advanced Shipping Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ASM is solving the issue of calculating freight and small parcel shipping rate calculations at checkout for our Shopify store.  Shopify's native shipping calculations can be limiting and ASM improves the functionality a lot. We are able to calculate complex shipping situations quickly and provide customers accurate shipping rates no matter what items they have in their cart.  ASM also solves the issue of making sure our margins are correct for us as the shipper. We can control every aspect of our shipping rates from the actual shipment cost to markups and handling fees.

**What do you like best about Advanced Shipping Manager?**

We use Advanced Shipping Manager for our shopify store and it's incredibly customizable. More importantly, their team worked hand-in-hand with us to create custom rulesets that aren't natively available. Reasonable price and amazing customer service.

**What do you dislike about Advanced Shipping Manager?**

Pretty basic layout/UI, but this by no means stops you from using the platform as it's an incredibly powerful tool. I would like to see the user interface updated/refreshed a bit, but this is simply a wishlist item -- not a necessity.

**What problems is Advanced Shipping Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building out customer rulesets for what we charge customers for shipping. We have a set amount of shipping budgeted into the product price, but needed a way to cover any excess shipping charge because in canada there is a lot more variability of shipping cost based on the final destination.

There in nothing I dislike i like everything about shipping manager

**What problems is Advanced Shipping Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usually when I ship it cost around 20ish dollars and after I use advanced shipping manager it cost even less than 20 dollars, which it saved me a lot of money

**What do you like best about Advanced Shipping Manager?**

Honestly, the support. I have used ASM for 7 years now and it's been great.

**What do you dislike about Advanced Shipping Manager?**

I wish it was a little easier to configure. There are different rules for single box items vs multi-box items. This is being used on Big commerce but I believe its the same on all platforms.

**What problems is Advanced Shipping Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us provide customers calculated rates on the cart page on our website. It provides accurate rates with any major carrier.

What I like best about Advanced Shipping Manager is its integration with our Ecommerce platform.

There aren't many downsides to Advanced Shipping Manager. If anything, maybe the user interface could be a bit more polished.

Advanced Shipping Manager has made it possible to fulfill orders and deliver our shipments to our customers quickly. That's essential for us!
