Adult Day Genie Reviews & Product Details

Adult Day Genie is software for adult day care centers that consolidates attendance tracking, care planning, family communication, and Medicaid billing into a single platform. The system replaces fragmented paper logs and spreadsheets with unified daily records that follow participants throughout their time at the center. Attendance verification includes face-confirmed and manual check-ins, with time-stamped entries stored in an append-only format. Amendments preserve original records, creating a transparent audit trail. Member profiles, schedules, care plans, and service documentation are consolidated for real-time updates, eliminating end-of-shift paperwork. Activities, meal planning, and dietary needs are integrated into workflows. Family updates can be shared directly from participant records, while 837P claims are validated against attendance and documentation. The interface focuses on actionable tasks for ease of use.
