Implementation and security systems of ADP is very old school which is a challenge and frustrating for end-users. Long wait on the call to get a representative to assist with a simple fix but their layers of security are way too much. I don't like that as an admin I can not access it through the mobile app. Every year I have to call for help in downloading W2s. This should be a common and simple task, but it is not.
