"Want to create and edit your photos? Well you came to the right place!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

I love Adobe Photoshop! First, it is made to make highly advanced photo manipulation with your photos. With some practice, you can manipulate your photos to merge/blend/distort anything! The correction with faces is another feature I see myself using almost every time I open Photoshop! The advance magic eraser tool makes blemishes and other things disappear almost like Magic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

The worst part of photoshop would have to be the aspect of the steep learning curve. The Application has a feature where it teaches you techniques, but in my opinion, without having a stable internet connection and Youtube it may take your hours to edit a certain way! "My Go-To Tool for Creating Professional Digital Designs"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

I like how much creative control Photoshop gives me. I can easily edit, adjust, and refine my designs exactly how I want them. I especially like the variety of tools and features available and the ability to create high-quality, professional-looking designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

There can be a bit of a learning curve, especially with some of the more advanced tools and features. It can also run slowly at times when working with larger files or multiple layers. Overall, though, the benefits outweigh the downsides for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Photoshop’s Layers and AI Generative Fill Make Photo Editing Feel Like Magic"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

Layers: It’s like working with transparent plastic sheets. You can paint, write, or place photos on top of one another. If you make a mistake on one “sheet,” you can simply erase or edit it without ruining the rest of the image.

Removing unwanted elements: Tools like the Clone Stamp or the Healing Brush are pure magic. They let you remove a pimple on a face, an ugly power line in the street, or a person who accidentally wandered into the background of your photo.

Crop and change backgrounds: Selection tools (like the Magic Wand) let you “cut out” a person or object with great precision to place it on a completely different background.

Adjust colors: The ease of making a dull photo look vibrant, swapping a cloudy sky for a sunny one, or giving your images an old-film look.

The new Artificial Intelligence (Generative Fill): Now you can simply type commands into the program like “add a cat to this chair” or “replace this background with a beach,” and Photoshop creates it from scratch, making it look completely real. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

It’s very hard to learn: It has so many buttons, windows, hidden menus, and tools that, if you’re a beginner, you’ll feel overwhelmed right away. Opening Photoshop for the first time feels like sitting in the cockpit of a plane without knowing how to fly.

It’s too demanding on your computer: Photoshop is a “heavy” and resource-hungry program. If you have a basic laptop or a computer with little RAM, the program will stutter, slow down, or even cause your computer to freeze.

It’s overkill for simple tasks: If all you want to do is crop a photo, remove a pimple from someone’s face, apply a nice filter, or add some quick text, using Photoshop is like using a semi-truck to go buy bread at the corner store. It’s a hassle to open it for things you can do in 10 seconds on your phone these days.

It takes up a ton of space: The files you work on and use to save your projects in Photoshop are usually huge. If you’re not careful, they’ll fill up your computer’s hard drive very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Photoshop Makes Editing Faster Once You Learn It"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

I mainly use Photoshop for photo editing, thumbnails, and social media designs. Once you get used to the interface, the layer system and selection tools make editing a lot easier. I especially rely on features like Generative Fill and Object Selection because they save time when removing backgrounds and fixing parts of an image. That said, Photoshop can feel heavy on lower-end PCs, and the subscription price is a bit expensive. Overall, though, it’s reliable for regular editing work. I also like that there are plenty of tutorials online whenever I get stuck. On top of that, it integrates well with Adobe Lightroom, so moving files between the apps feels simple and fits nicely into my editing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

The main downside I’ve found is the subscription pricing, which can feel high for casual users and students. Photoshop also has a learning curve at the beginning because of the number of tools and settings available, so it can take some time to get comfortable with everything. On top of that, larger projects can use a lot of system resources and may run slowly on lower-end devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Photo Enhancements and Collages"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

I use Adobe Photoshop to edit all my photos and designs, and it helps me enhance my photos by adding extra quality. What I like most about Adobe Photoshop are the editing features, which help me transform dull and blurry photos by adding some extra light to the background. I also really appreciate the layout features. I have a lot of photos and Adobe Photoshop helps me collage them into a single picture. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

I find that sometimes the effect features can't match with the picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"15 Years of Professional Experience Using Adobe Photoshop"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

What I love most about Adobe Photoshop is the flexibility it gives me in post-production. I’ve been using it for many years—starting with photo retouching and later shifting mainly to architectural render enhancement and graphic work. Even after all this time, it still stands out as one of the most valuable creative tools in my workflow.

In my current projects, I rely on Photoshop mostly for color correction, lighting tweaks, background improvements, and final presentation work after I render scenes in 3ds Max. It lets me refine the mood and realism of my renders without having to re-render the entire scene, which saves a lot of time during client revisions.

I also really appreciate the layer-based workflow. Handling multiple adjustments, masks, textures, and effects is much more manageable, especially when I’m putting together presentation boards or marketing creative. It gives me detailed control over every edit while still leaving plenty of room for creative freedom.

And when everything finally comes together, the results are genuinely satisfying to see. Whether I’m doing render post-processing, graphics, or image cleanup, Photoshop remains one of my favorite tools for professional work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

One thing I don't like about Adobe Photoshop is its subscription pricing. This may be manageable for a professional studio, but for a freelancer or small creative business, the monthly cost can become expensive over time, especially when combined with the cost of hardware upgrades.

Another issue is performance with very large files. When working with high-resolution renders, multiple layers, and heavy PSD files, the software can sometimes slow down and use a lot of RAM. This is especially noticeable during detailed post-production work or when many assets are open simultaneously.

I also think it can take time for new users to fully understand the workflow because Photoshop has so many tools, panels, and settings. It can initially seem overwhelming compared to simpler editing software.

Despite these concerns, I still use Photoshop regularly because the level of control and final output quality are difficult to change for professional creative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful All-in-One Editing with Precise Layering, Masking, and Retouching"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

Adobe Photoshop helps me balance precision with a realistic look, and the layering options are very effective for adding detail. The masking feature is especially useful and works well. Even complex photos become easier to handle for retouching, cleaning up backgrounds, blurring, and replacing figures in images—these are some of the features I use most. Overall, it’s one of the most capable tools for editing.

For color correction, texture work, and the prep needed before printing, I can do everything in one go. The contrast, brightness, and blurring tools also feel like an extra-special capability that adds a lot of flexibility. Photoshop can be integrated with Adobe firefly, which is very effective, and the in-app onboarding for new users is helpful as well. That said, the pricing could be lower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

Usage of AI features reduces performance when multiple tiny objects are used in the image. Sometimes lightweight edits are also taking lot of time in terms of performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Go-To Tool for Precise Asset Creation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

I primarily use Adobe Photoshop to create and edit UI assets, icons, and marketing visuals for our products. I appreciate that it gives our engineering team a reliable way to precisely prepare and export production-ready assets. I especially like the non-destructive workflow with smart objects, along with the scriptable batch processing, which can save a lot of time. Setting it up through Creative Cloud is straightforward as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

Adobe Photoshop is very resource-heavy and can be slow to launch. On top of that, license management feels a bit clunky. I also find it frustrating that integrations aren’t available. Pricing is high. AI, though, is really helpful for filling in missing details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Editing Tools That Give Me More Control"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

What I like most about Photoshop is how much control it gives me when I’m editing images. I can quickly fine-tune colors, remove unwanted elements, work with layers, and make detailed adjustments, all while keeping the final result clean and professional-looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

The biggest downside for me is that Photoshop can take a while to learn, especially once you start using the more advanced tools. It can also feel a bit slow when I’m working with very large files or projects that have a lot of layers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Pro-Level Editing with AI Tools That Speed Up Your Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Photoshop?

What I like most about Adobe Photoshop is its flexibility and the professional-level editing tools it offers. The AI features, background removal, layer management, and image enhancement tools make the whole photo-editing process much faster and smoother. I also find it very useful for creating social media designs, banners, and professional image edits, while still achieving high-quality results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop?

One thing I dislike about Adobe Photoshop is that it can be pretty demanding on system resources, especially on lower-end devices. At times, the interface and the more advanced tools can feel a bit overwhelming, particularly for new users who are still learning their way around. The subscription pricing is another area I think could be improved, since it doesn’t always feel ideal for casual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
