My favorite thing about Procreate is how easy it is to use and how seamlessly it fits into my creative workflow. I can rely on it for quick sketches as well as high-quality finished pieces, and I end up using Procreate at some point in every project. It’s also been consistently reliable for me. I’ve never run into any software issues that even required reaching out to their support team. Overall, it’s a great tool, and I’d recommend it to any artist. It’s hard for me to think of any real downsides to Procreate. The one thing I do wish it had is some kind of vector mode. I realize that isn’t really what Procreate is intended for, but it could still be useful in certain situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about Procreate is how naturally it mimics drawing on paper. The Apple pencil feels smooth and responsive. Custom brush imports offer great flexibility, and the time-lapse feature has been especially helpful for reviewing my process and steadily improving my techniques over time. I love the simple and easy to use interface. It makes drawings and design 100 times easier. The brush selection rivals photoshop. I love that it's not subscription based and does most if not all of what Photoshop does. You pay one small fee and it's yours for life.
