Why does it only allow me to use the blur/smudge tool with certain brushes?
For example, when I want to shade in a sketch, I will use the smudge or blur tool But, I can not use it on the main brush that I use to color my sketches, I can only use it on certain types. Is there a way to be able to blend colors using the basic blend tool?
