"Powerful analytics tool for deep user insights and data driven decisions"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

What I like best about Adobe Analytics is the depth of insights it provides. It goes beyond basic traffic metrics and helps understand user behavior at a granular level, which is very useful for making data driven decisions. The real time reporting and advanced segmentation features make it easy to analyze different user groups and identify trends quickly. I also like how well it integrates with other Adobe tools, which makes it more powerful when used within the Adobe ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

What I dislike about Adobe Analytics is that it has a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The interface can feel complex at first, and setting up reports or dashboards may require some training. It can also be relatively expensive, which might not be ideal for smaller teams or organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Adobe Analytics is how powerful and detailed its data insights are. It helps track user behavior very clearly, so it’s easier to understand what people are doing on a website or app. The dashboards are customizable, which makes it simple to focus on the metrics that matter most. It also integrates well with other Adobe tools, making the overall workflow smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One thing I dislike about Adobe Analytics is that it can be quite complex and difficult to learn, especially for beginners. The interface is not very user-friendly at first, and setting up reports can feel overwhelming. It can also be expensive, which may not be suitable for small businesses. Additionally, data processing can sometimes take time, so insights are not always instantly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

What I like best about Adobe Analytics is the depth of data and customization it offers. It allows businesses to track customer behavior across multiple channels and build very detailed reports tailored to their goals. The segmentation tools are powerful, and the real-time insights help teams make faster marketing decisions. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other Adobe products, making it easier to manage campaigns and understand the full customer journey in one ecosystem. One thing I dislike about Adobe Analytics is that the platform has a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The interface can feel complex and overwhelming compared to simpler analytics tools. Setting up custom reports and implementations often requires technical knowledge or support from developers. It can also be expensive for smaller businesses, and sometimes data processing or report loading can feel slower when working with large datasets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Deep Behavioral & Attribution Analysis with Adobe Analytics"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics is really strong when you need deeper behavioral analysis than basic website analytics tools usually provide. You can get very specific with user journeys, traffic sources, conversion behavior, and campaign performance. Attribution analysis is also much more serious compared to lighter analytics tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Steep learning curve, easily the biggest downside. It’s powerful, but definitely not something you become productive with immediately.

Implementation quality matters a lot too. The interface is capable, but sometimes feels built for analysts rather than casual users. Pricing also clearly targets enterprise teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"In-Depth Insights, Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I liked the depth of reporting and the flexibility of the dashboards in Adobe Analytics once everything was configured properly. The platform gives a very detailed view of user behavior and campaign performance, which was useful for larger client projects needing advanced reporting. I also appreciated the segmentation and custom reporting capabilities, allowing teams to analyze data from different angles instead of just basic traffic metrics. The integration with the broader Adobe ecosystem was another advantage, making collaboration and reporting feel more connected. The detailed reporting and segmentation features helped move beyond surface-level metrics and provided specific behavioral insights, especially useful during campaign optimization and UX discussions. The flexible dashboards allowed different stakeholders to view data relevant to their priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One of the biggest challenges with Adobe Analytics is the learning curve. It is a very powerful platform, but new users can easily feel overwhelmed because of how much configuration, customization, and reporting depth exists inside the system. The UI also feels slightly complex in certain areas compared to some newer analytics platforms that are more streamlined and easier to navigate. Another thing is that implementation and setup can take time, especially if teams want highly customized tracking and reporting workflows. For smaller teams, it can sometimes feel heavier than what they actually need. The initial setup was honestly more complex than some other analytics tools we had worked with before. There was definitely a learning curve during the initial implementation phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Enterprise Analytics Platform with Deep Insights and Customization"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Powerful real-time reporting, deep customer journey insights, customizable dashboards, and advanced segmentation that help make data-driven decisions across marketing and product teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics provides very detailed reporting capabilities and powerful segmentation features that help teams better understand customer behavior and campaign performance. The platform performs well for enterprise-level analytics, especially when handling large amounts of data across multiple channels. Its customizable dashboards and real-time insights make it valuable for marketing and product decision-making.

However, the UI/UX can feel overwhelming and less intuitive for new users, with a steep learning curve for advanced reporting and workspace customization. Initial implementation and ongoing maintenance often require technical expertise and dedicated resources. While the platform is feature-rich, the pricing can be expensive for smaller businesses, and some report processing or debugging tasks may take longer than expected. "Intuitive Interface and Custom Metrics are a Plus"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like the many different visualizations in Adobe Analytics that help tell the story we're looking for. Building custom metrics to filter and dice KPIs in various ways is great too. It makes it easy to find issues or anomalies, and the interface is easy to use. Depending on the use case, we use a fallout for general funnel understanding, or Freeform to get a deeper understanding. The flow visualization is interesting to see how members are getting places and where they are going. I also like the breakthrough at fallout or fall through. It's also easy to add new tags and eVars to build upon what we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

There are some missing pieces like it mostly being for online data. Seems like there’s a push to acquire CJA in addition to analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful with Easy Reporting and Dark Mode, Needs Better AI Integration"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like the dark mode background because it's easier on the eyes. I appreciate that I can set reports without having to recreate them every time, and I also like that I can share reports easily. The report sharing feature is particularly useful as it allows me to export reports to Excel and dive deeper with an AI agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

We need an AI agent in it, not just with AEM. The AI agents embedded in the tool were teased last year at the summit and it's not here. It should have the same updated functionality with AI that the other tools have. I know CX is coming, but it should be a part of the base package. I want to integrate more with Marketo, but it can't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
