Admina - easy to use SaaS Management Platform. Admina immediately discovered shadow IT SaaS apps, apps no longer in use but that we are still paying for, etc. The pricing is also straightforward and a great value compared to some other offerings on the market. **What do you dislike about Admina?** It may not be as feature packed as some of the high end offerings on the market. But if the goal is to quickly discover and manage SaaS apps for a reasonable cost, this is a great option. **What problems is Admina solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shadow IT Discovery Provisioning/De-Provisioning Users SaaS Visibility - what apps are deployed by which users, if they are regularly being used or not, etc. and then deleting apps with click of a button to reign in SaaS sprawl and spend. ### 2. The peace of mind this provides is susbstantial, not to mention the time management efficies and additional cost savings opportunities. **What do you dislike about Admina?** I encountered some initial integration issues when connecting my accounts, which was to be expected as I had to adjust some of the seetings in my SAAS apps. Iwas grateful that Money Forward IT Management Cloud provided such detailed instructions (with screenshots included) to help me troubleshoot and finalize the connection of all my accounts. **Recommendations to others considering Admina:** This is the best SAAS management platform I've found in the market, and more. **What problems is Admina solving and how is that benefiting you?** Money Forward IT Management Cloud is helping our business eliminate the security risk of unmonitored and expired SAAS accounts. They make provisioning new accounts a breeze, and deprovisioning old accounts as automated as possible. ### 3. For a more proactive approach to SaaS **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Masaru S. | Solution Expert, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2022 **What do you like best about Admina?** The ability to quickly identify users by integrating SaaS with IT Management Cloud based on their Google Workspace account is great. In order for SaaS to be used proactively with employee autonomy, we need to promote the use of SaaS rather than restrict it, and IT Management Cloud is a tool that can help us do this. **What do you dislike about Admina?** Currently, the IT Management Cloud does not support the suspended status of Google Workspace accounts, but we are looking forward to a support structure that will likely enable such minor updates in the future. **Recommendations to others considering Admina:** We recommend that you start with small and medium-sized companies and departmental units. **What problems is Admina solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stop managing with Google spreadsheets and Excel. The problem is that compiling a list of SaaS information is a complicated task. Being able to see the SaaS services as they are added, both from the perspective of the Google Workspace account and from the SaaS perspective, is a great improvement. ### 4. Very intuitive UI/UX and ready-made integrations are in place **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Hitoshi I. | Security Lead (Workday), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2022 **What do you like best about Admina?** They have many "ready-made" integrations to most of the major SaaS (global products and Japanese local ones) and this makes it very easy to sync from this product to target SaaS. This product doesn't provide many fancy features but just does enough to visualize the current license usage of which SaaS, including "unknown" ones (shadow IT) from our company members, so that the corporate IT team can take further actions. It can post a scheduled Slack message for potential accounts to get deactivated according to our corporate account (like Google Workspace and Office365) status. This helps us not to forget to optimize our license usage and to increase the level of security. The customer success team is very responsive and accountable. They provide a support chat group over Slack (as of March 2022) and willing to support our daily operations. **What do you dislike about Admina?** Some suggestions for the product are; 1. automated account inactivation 2. suggesting potential unnecessary licenses 3. showing a plan of each SaaS (and total monthly and yearly cost from the number of accounts usage) **Recommendations to others considering Admina:** This is not a "one-size-fits-all" product but just does the SaaS license management. So, if you are looking for a solution that will do device management and some other aspects of IT security, this is not an option. BUT this does a great job for the SaaS license management with a very affordable price. **What problems is Admina solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a startup company's corporate IT, with this product, I am able to encourage all the members to try to find the best SaaS products without asking for approval and such. As long as they use the company's account to use SaaS, we can catch up on who and which SaaS is activated in no time. This will speed up each member's business operations and optimize our security governance structure. We created a simple guideline of SaaS usage and published it to all members. ### 5. Detailed integration guides are provided for each service, making it easy for users with little IT knowledge to follow the guides and integrate their accounts. **What do you dislike about Admina?** The SaaS integration guides needs to be updated on a regular basis. Late night login notifications from 1Password and Money Forward services. **What problems is Admina solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system allows us to see which users in the company are using which services, as well as see retired accounts at a glance, enabling us to manage accounts efficiently. The ability to detect SaaS usage by employees who have signed up for a SaaS service without the knowledge of IT department has led to the control of shadow ITs. ### 6. Many services can be integrated, updates are frequent, and more services are likely to be added in the future. Intuitive and easy to use UI when setting up. **What do you dislike about Admina?** There was nothing in particular that we disliked and was difficult to understand, but we thought that if there was an unauthorized access detection function, we would feel more comfortable using various SaaS services. **What problems is Admina solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having a hard time managing SaaS with spreadsheets, but this service has made our ISMS operations a lot easier.
