There is a recorded zoom call with this info, and they have refused. - This is a start up, and the software is absolutely terrible. Proofs don't work, countless bugs in the software. - They claim they pull this data for mailers, 20 percent of my mail comes back to me. It is not accurate. - Account executive always makes excuses. This company really could be something special. They are still in the start up stage and in my opinion launched too quick. I have tried countless lead services, and when I pay 14k a year for a service like this, It should function properly and they just dont have it yet. Very Frustrating. I would not recommned this service to anybody based on how I have been treated, and how terrible the software is. For the amount of money they charge, they should have a coding team that can fix these. Their database is inaccurate when it comes to deliverable mail addresses. They charge you upfront for the entire term. Their platform + database generation is an additional cost. The credit for the returnable mail is only for the cost of the postcards in which I don't think that's a fair compromise knowingly that the reason why the postcards were mailed to specific recipients is because of their platform database generation. I would not recommend this mailable strategy & company. **What do you dislike about Addressable?** The uncertainty, inaccuracy of their database and lack of customer satisfaction & retention **What problems is Addressable solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not benefiting me because approximately 20% of the generated audience did not receive my mail. You can include a QR code on the back of the card to see exactly who scans, and they have an option to list a “smart number” that forwards to your cell which lets you track whoever calls or texts. **What do you dislike about Addressable?** I wish there was a mobile app I could download to my iPhone. Otherwise no complaints. **What problems is Addressable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily saves me time of writing letters to potential listings and current clients. Also gives me a much more memorable way of standing out compared to a flyer or postcard. ### 4.
