**What do you like best about ACV Auctions?**

I like the fact that ACV Auctions comes out to you and completes the reports, takes photos, and get the cars listed quickly. You are able to run your cars almost immediately. The call center always follows up and tries to put the deal together.

**What do you dislike about ACV Auctions?**

One thing I think could improve or be changed in that you only get 5 runs on your vehicle. If your vehicle doesn't sell in those 5 runs you can ask for more but at the number they want you to sell at which could be significantly less. Sometimes the call center will be a little pushy for you to take the high bud even though it could cost you thousands.

**What problems is ACV Auctions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ACV is great with helping get rid of inventory. ACV is also great for wholesale inventory that you may not be able to take to traditional auction. ACV is easy to use because they come to you!
