Marzetti, and GNC). They are by far one of the easiest integrated TMS systems. We have recently moved to EDI and the flow of information has been seamless and happens in real time. Once something is updated in one system it updates both ends cutting down on redundant communication. **What do you dislike about ActiveTransportation™?** For certain customers it can be relatively slow, not sure if this is a broadband issue or software issue. Additionally, it would be nice if we could search by load number rather than having to search each page individually. Lastly, it would be nice if there is a way to see any changes that happen by either carrier or customer and be able to add accessorials into rates to cross reference on the back end. **Recommendations to others considering ActiveTransportation™:** This by far is one of the most user friendly TMS's I have encountered. It also has not caused any issues integrating to our system (aljex) either. **What problems is ActiveTransportation™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than having individual tenders sent over by customers, many of which could be missed by customer or carrier, we have everything on one page which provides overall clarity on what we have for any given day or week. ### 8. I used this to fill up empty loads coming back from our customer deliveries **What do you dislike about ActiveTransportation™?** It was a little hard to navigate without proper training. Uou definitely need someone to show you the ins and outs **Recommendations to others considering ActiveTransportation™:** You wont be disappointed....especially your bonuses after you're taking in the money! **What problems is ActiveTransportation™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We kept getting empty trucks coming back which didnt make us money so this system allowed us to located trucks and make the center money ### 9. I also liked the way the company was willing to identify the specific needs you had and cater to them if possible. **What do you dislike about ActiveTransportation™?** Sometimes when you make changes to the tables resetting the system could be a slow process and cause too much down time. It would be nice to be able to program it to reset in the middle of slow times. **Recommendations to others considering ActiveTransportation™:** The product is the best I have worked with and the support you are offered is superior.
