We put this tool to use during WFH and well, employees certainly were not happy with it. Jokes aside, WorkiQ helped the business to identify areas for improvement and highlight training needs for employees. The reporting dashboards are highly beneficial for analyzing data, and we find the tool to be quite valuable overall.
