"Excellent collaboration tool"

What do you like best about ActiveDocs?

The drawbacks are almost non existant, The software is very user-friendly even though some practice is required to use templates properly. But its a good choice for collaboration as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveDocs?

"A Stress Free App"

What do you like best about ActiveDocs?

I have turned to prefer cloud-based functions. Can be used by individuals but has perks specifically for businesses. It has some similar functions like Google Docs but is much simple and can be used by a whole team to collaborate. It does not require a lot of functions or fancy add-ons to get the simple job done - no need to know advanced skills like coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveDocs?

Some of the features that I would like in software, such as photo editing, are not present. The templates are not always the easiest to use but can be learned with enough practice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActiveDocs?

It reduces document handling time and eliminates the need for IT developers. I find the product relatively easy to use overall. It's great when multiple documents can be put together within the program. Also, the fact that one does not need to know how to write code to use the program is excellent. Sometimes IT needs to be involved in other programs I use, but this is not the case with Active Docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveDocs?

There are not many things that I can think of overall that I dislike. Sometimes when I have to upload multiple documents simultaneously, it takes a while for the papers to mere, but other than that, there are not too many issues that I have with the program overall. So I can't comment on too many problems overall that I dislike with the program, so I'm very happy with it overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ActiveDocs:

I would highly recommend this product to other users. I think one's company would benefit ifthey use this product. Even if one's company is small and you don't have that many people at your company, the product may still be worth one's time to look into and try it for a bit. What problems is ActiveDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to merge multiple works flows with ActiveDocs. Multiple people can work on the same platform, so that is excellent as well. I'm able to look at numerous pieces of information on the client and keep that all coordinated, so that is wonderful that I can solve that problem with Active Docs. What do you like best about ActiveDocs?

I love the cloud based servers. I also love how easy it is to create documents for business. I use the offer of employment document a lot and its very easy to customize and create contracts with a click of a button. There is nothing to dislike about this software. It makes creating documents for business very easy and takes all of the stress of writing up contracts out of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to cut time spent on writing up contracts and documents by using this software. It also lets me use templates and create templates so that if I need to go back and customize something quickly, I am able to do so.
