smartGRC is the first AI-native SAP access governance platform - purpose-built to replace SAP GRC Access Control before its 2027 end-of-life. Nineteen named AI agents handle routine governance continuously, while your team focuses on exceptions. EMERGENCY ACCESS: Pre-Approval scores firefighter requests in seconds. Session Audit analyzes the full transaction log of every closed session, flags anomalies, drafts audit reports. Auto-Revocation removes stale privileged access. SoD ANALYTICS: SoD Monitoring watches conflicts 24/7 (not monthly batch). Conflict Resolution suggests specific mitigations grounded in your role catalog. ACCESS REVIEWS: Continuous Review replaces quarterly campaigns. Decision Copilot equips reviewers with usage data, peer comparison and risk context - eliminating reflexive approvals. ROLE ENGINEERING: Role Design proposes new SAP roles from real TX usage. Excess Pruning removes unused permissions based on actual execution patterns. REPORTING: Compliance Prediction forecasts SOX 404, GDPR and ISO 27001 findings before audit day. Docs Generator assembles auditor-ready evidence packs in minutes instead of days. PLATFORM-WIDE: GRC Copilot is a natural-language interface to SAP governance data - ask "show all users with SAP_ALL this quarter" and get a structured answer. The autonomy dial is the key differentiator. Every agent operates at one of four levels: Suggest (AI proposes, human decides), Assist (AI prepares, human signs off), Automate (AI executes within policy, human monitors), Fully Autonomous (AI executes and self-audits, human reviews exceptions). Your governance officer controls the dial per workflow. Every decision is explainable, reviewable, reversible - making smartGRC EU AI Act-ready. Measurable outcomes: 92% reduction in SOX audit prep time, SoD reviews on 100% of users (vs 5-10% manual sample), audit findings predicted weeks ahead, reviewer sessions in 15 minutes instead of full days. Five enterprise customers run smartGRC in production with signed reference letters: Volkswagen Group Poland (automotive), Cyfrowy Polsat (300 SAP users, media), AmRest (100+ users across KFC, Burger King, Starbucks brands - since 2010), PCC Rokita (1,700 SAP users across 17 chemical subsidiaries, all 4 modules), Polkomtel (telecom identity). Production deployments span 9 to 16 years. Native integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and 8 non-SAP systems (Active Directory, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday). EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant, 7 languages. Built by GRC Advisory - Wrocław-based SAP consulting firm with 15+ years experience, verified SAP Service Partner. Pricing: Free evaluation, Starter EUR 15k/yr, Professional EUR 30k/yr, Enterprise EUR 60k/yr. Customers replacing SAP GRC AC see 70-85% lower 3-year TCO.
The solution helps organizations safeguard their SAP systems landscape. Data from SAP environments can be quickly searched and correlated with all other security telemetry, so security teams can centrally detect, investigate, and proactively respond to threats.
