I like that Actionstep is allows me to track our database's biographical info and that it lets me track reservations to our private and public workshops, dinners and CE Classes. I like that if I am entering duplicate biographical info for a contact, the system flags it before I save it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that none of the "tasks" seem to make sense with the timing of the events in which they are assigned. I also don't like that after I add someone to an event, if they later cancel, I can't keep them tied to that event. Once I delete their reservation, there is no longer a way to show that the contact was originally associated with that event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
