One of the best features of Acronis is its intuitive platform where you can manage EVERYTHING; from single server backup sets, to advanced Disaster Recovery scenarios and vulnerability assesments. The platform is fast and it offers an advanced ACL-based permissions for administrators, tenants and sub-users. Through Acronis Cyber Protect we are handling all of our internal infrastructure's backup needs. Through the Disaster Recovery service, we were able to recover important services like mailservers, Databases and Microsoft Exchange servers. As it offers multiple storage options for the backups, we have the flexibility of backing up locally, in Acronis Cloud or in Google Cloud Storage which is very useful for a lot of our customers. Acronis offers an user friendly modern management console that included all the features of the product with only one agent to deploy on the endpoints. We recently started using the product after 4-1-2021 when a major update of the product was released, improving the user interface and information regarding the Cyber protect license options. Recommendations to others considering Acronis Cyber Protect: If you are looking for an integration solution to effectively protect your endpoints but also want to manage them and make sure back-up is taken care of, I would recommend that you give Acronis Cyper Protect some serious thought. We use the product as a solid endpoint protection solution for our customers, offering virus and ransomware protection, together with a back-up option for the endpoints and Office 365. Although not a full fletched RMM it does offer inventory, remote management and patch management. As a MSP it helps us support our customers efficiently and effectively. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud has a single Cloud Managed Dashboard and Agent to control all of its features which provides ease of use and feature visibility for both the Client and MSP. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect? Acronis Cyber Protect doesn't offer the same features for both Backup and Cyber Security where relevant to the Apple Mac and Linux Operating Systems. The Acronis DR capability that uses the latest backup as the DR image source makes the configuration and deployment of the DR system very simple both to implement and operate.
