# What are the first steps for educating the newbies?

What is the best way to educate the person ( e.g. DB administrator or IT manager)  who are unfamiliar with this software, what to begin with? Are there any webinars or video guides or are that enough the guides in the software itself?

I would suggest explaining to them why backups are important and what problems the business might face and how backups in general, specially cloud backups can help them solve the problems. These problems include but aren't limited to: Ransomware, Malware Infections in general, Natural Disasters, and Stolen Company Laptops(remote wipe feature).
