## About Achilles AI Recruiting Platform
Achilles is an AI recruiting platform for frontline hiring in manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, skilled trades, construction, energy, and food processing. The platform automates the top of the hiring funnel through an AI recruiter that conducts text prescreens and voice interviews, scores candidates against employer-defined criteria, schedules interviews, sends reminders, and answers candidate questions from a company-specific knowledge base. Both the resume and the interview are scored, and the resume score does not gate whether a candidate is interviewed. Candidates can enter the funnel through an ATS trigger, a hosted job board, or by calling or texting a phone number, which allows applicants to complete the process without internet access. The system supports approximately 50 languages over voice and 100 over text, with automatic translation for recruiters. A candidate CRM ingests historical and incoming applicants, extracts skills from resumes and interview data, and supports natural-language search and re-engagement outreach. Native API integrations include Workday, iCIMS, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, ADP, Oracle, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, and JazzHR, with browser-based two-way sync for other systems. ATS statuses and stages can trigger workflows in addition to receiving write-backs, so teams can operate in their existing ATS, in Achilles, or in both. Analytics cover funnel drop-off by stage, question-level performance, and hiring manager review times. Achilles is SOC 2 Type II certified, third-party audited for AI hiring regulations in California, Illinois, Colorado, and New York, and stores data in the United States. EEOC responses are isolated from the AI on a separate server.
