The company uses aces direct to communicate with employees within the store via messages instead of Everton having email addresses. aces is also used to show individual schedules

**What do you like best about ACES Direct?**

Sending direct messages to management in the store as well as being able to see my schedule 

**What do you dislike about ACES Direct?**

You can’t use aces on safari (Apple related products) 

**What problems is ACES Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is better
