They are impressed with this software. It helps them to create the payroll a lot quicker than before. It also helps to generate invoices for clients and helps to organize all the receivables for tax and audit purposes. **What do you dislike about Accounting Power?** Overall, it's a great tool. However, it will be useful if you can transfer the templates into excel spreadsheets. Currently, it's lacking this option. Furthermore, any tutorials for new users will also be helpful. **What problems is Accounting Power solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are currently using this for all our payrolls. Before, this task was taking 2-3days. Now, we can complete it in 1 day. We are also using this to generate imvoices for our clients. ### 4. It handles all of our invoices, tax documents, billing & expenses etc... It integrates well with the other programs that we use and it automates processes, allowing you to save time. With Accounting Power there is less need for manual data entry. **What do you dislike about Accounting Power?** I disliked the lack of customer support I received on one occasion. It took them longer than a week to respond to my request and the process was very long and drawn-out. The pricing is just about right in comparison to alternatives in the market especially for small and medium enterprises. **What do you dislike about Accounting Power?** The client interface for bill payments can have better UI and UX. similarly the mobile apps for android and ios can be more intuitive as well as have modern UI. The audit fucntionality can have more features especialky for conducting remote audits. **Recommendations to others considering Accounting Power:** If you are a small or medium enterprise, look no further for all your basic financial needs as wells as financial reporting. **What problems is Accounting Power solving and how is that benefiting you?** We ensured all our finance fucntions were supported by one software and one interface which was common to all and easy to use. Its also enabled internal integration within the finance workflow without having to intergate any other third party sofwtare. This enabled better co-operation within the finance team. The tracking of both AR and AP has been systematic after the fiance department started using this software. ### 7. Accounting Power will manage who is billed, how much it is, in which group it should be stored and also any tax information, in addition to remembering this for future invoices from the same area. This saves us hours of data entry and provides much more accurate data. **What do you dislike about Accounting Power?** The system to instantly pull billing from various solutions on the Internet is unstable. Practically many functions for a mini organization like ours, errors occur. Provided I have internet connection I can use the product anywhere. Again, the product has tools necessary to achieve the best accounting experience.
