For activating the HyID the help from the Hysecure admin was needed, it can be improved by permitting the Accops self-service portal. **What problems is Accops HyID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using the HyID, I was able to help the user to log in to their account's resources easily if the SMS or Email token fails.
