Accommador Reviews & Product Details

Accommador is all-in-one software for independent accommodation operators: motels, hotels, B&Bs, holiday parks, serviced apartments and holiday rentals. It keeps one calendar in sync with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and more than 100 other booking sites, so a room is never sold twice. Guests can also book on your own commission-free booking page. When the dates they want are full, the page shows them the nearest open dates instead of a dead end. Deposits, balances and security bond holds are taken for you, and every payment flows into Xero with GST already worked out. Every guest message, from email, SMS and the booking sites, lands in one inbox. Accommador also includes email and SMS marketing, automatic messages before and after each stay, Google review requests, a social media planner, a website builder, a guest database, and reports that show what each room earns and which ads bring bookings. Operators with more than one property run them all from one login. Pricing is A$500 a month per property, or A$5,000 a year, with every room included. Onboarding is free: we move your bookings, rates, rooms and booking-site connections across for you. The first 30 days are free.
