I'm frustrated that accessiBe doesn't work with Squarespace, a major website design provider, and this isn't mentioned on their website. After realizing it wouldn't work, they refused to refund me. The execution of the service was terrible, despite liking the concept. The customer service is bad too, with high turnover of account managers and a huge issue taking six to nine months to resolve.
