Be careful about the resources assigned to the project, and make sure the team’s skill set matches what the work requires.

**Recommendations to others considering Accenture PLC:**

Be very clear about the scope and the work you want them to do. Plan carefully around resources and the timeline. Too many changes to the design and scope will lead to delays and overspending.

**What problems is Accenture PLC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accenture partnered with us to implement SAP S4 and the Vertex tax engine. The Accenture team was capable of translating our business processes into the system implementation. They supported us through a successful rollout of SAP S4 and the Vertex tax engine for North America and Latin America.
