AboveYard Reviews & Product Details

AboveYard is free satellite measuring and quoting software for lawn care, landscaping and pressure washing businesses in the United States and Canada. Type the customer's address and the satellite view flies to the property. Trace the front lawn, driveway, house footprint or patio to get square feet, or trace a fence or gutter line to get linear feet. Each measurement is labelled on the map, and the matching service from your rate sheet is added automatically, with your minimum charge applied. Your rate sheet supports prices per square foot, per 1,000 square feet, per linear foot or flat, with a minimum for each service, and separates recurring per-visit work like mowing from one-time jobs like aeration or a house wash. Starter templates for lawn care and pressure washing load on signup. Send the quote by email or text. Your customer opens a page with your logo and phone number, a map of exactly what you measured, and clear line items. They can tick optional add-ons, see the total update, and type their name to approve. The signature is recorded with date, time and IP, and you get an email when the quote is opened and when it's approved. AboveYard is free, with unlimited measurements and quotes and no per-search fees. It focuses on measuring, pricing and getting the quote signed; it does not do scheduling, invoicing or payments, so it works alongside the CRM you already use.
