Abelo Reviews & Product Details

Abelo is a business messaging platform for Viber, WhatsApp and SMS. Businesses use it to run marketing campaigns, send transactional messages and automate eCommerce revenue flows from one platform, on one contract and one bill. Delivery and intelligence in one platform: Businesses often choose between a messaging provider that delivers but cannot target or measure, and a marketing platform that relies on another provider for delivery. Abelo combines both. As an Official Rakuten Viber Messaging Partner, Abelo delivers Viber messages directly under the business's own verified sender name, with no reseller in the chain. If a message cannot be delivered on Viber or WhatsApp, it can automatically fall back to SMS. Segmentation, personalisation, automation and ROI tracking are built into the same platform. Marketing and transactional messaging: Marketing teams can create and send campaigns without developers: choose a segment, see the live recipient count and cost, preview a real recipient's message, send a test and launch. Development teams can trigger OTP and 2FA codes, order and delivery updates, payment and renewal reminders and service alerts through a REST API and webhooks. API-triggered promotional campaigns receive the same campaign tracking and reporting as campaigns sent from the platform. Segmentation and personalisation: Build audiences using contact attributes, tags and engagement with previous campaigns. Connected stores add purchase history, order frequency, lifetime spend and average order value. Personalisation extends beyond text to images, links, buttons and every card in a Viber carousel. Analytics and ROI: Track delivery, opens, clicks and cost by channel for every campaign. With sales data connected, Abelo attributes revenue and orders to campaigns and automated flows, including revenue per recipient, average order value and cost per sale. Reporting is based on real events, not modeled estimates. eCommerce automation: Pre-built revenue flows include cart recovery, second-purchase acceleration, post-purchase upsell, win-back and back-in-stock. Each flow reports its own revenue. Also included: AI-assisted copy and visuals, lead-generation forms, multi-user roles, enterprise-grade security and GDPR compliance. Native integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. Who uses Abelo: Retail and eCommerce, financial services, insurance, logistics, healthcare, travel and hospitality. Abelo is built and owned by Trebbble, an Athens-based design and engineering company shipping digital products for enterprises and startups since 2010.
