ABBY handles both structured and semi structured documets efftively and its machine learning based document classification continues to impove as more documents are processed we integrated it with Microsoft SharePoint and UiPath which lets documets move automatically through our existing automation workflow with minimal manual intervention. The documentation does a solid job of covering the most common scenarios, but when I’m dealing with more complez implementations, I still sometimes need extra guidance from the implementation team. It’s easy to use. I like that all the options are intuitive, and I can use it with other applications, export to different formats, and take advantage of all the capabilities of my computer. In seconds, I can get text from my scans. Usually, I had a dedicated person type each document, and now I’m saving money by using ABBY.
