They're completely self-sufficient. Their engineers are technically strong and they take the initiative to learn the product deeply on their own. They barely come to me for info because they just figure it out. The management side is equally solid... organized, transparent, proactive. The team is constantly growing and developing their skills which you can see in the quality of their output over time. They're flexible too, when priorities shift or new challenges come up they adapt fast without it being a whole thing. They've been at this for 20+ years with 1500+ projects and ISO certs behind them and it shows. They are genuinely a reliable and trustworthy partner. Honestly I have a hard time coming up with anything here. If I really had to say something it would be that they're so good at running independently that sometimes I wished we talked more. But that's basically a compliment. We've actually started having more frequent conversations now just for the sake of it because the relationship is that good.
