Whenever our team engages in a project, we have the capability to guarantee that every task is being addressed and monitored to ensure its completion. Personally, I find the chat function extremely beneficial as it keeps the team well-informed about ongoing progress. **What do you dislike about Yalla?** I do have a minor concern regarding Yalla's limitation of allowing only up to 10 users for free. However, I acknowledge the fact that they are a business and need to sustain their operations. Therefore, we are likely to upgrade our subscription soon to accommodate more users. **What problems is Yalla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yalla solves the problem of effectively managing and coordinating team projects. It benefits us by providing a simple and customizable platform that ensures tasks are met and progress is tracked. Yalla - The best way "To Do" a task. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** REHAN J. | Design Engineer Cad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022 **What do you like best about Yalla?** It is the best way to assign a task and have a track of each task, another user can start or pause a task. it a cool feature to save any task as a template, to mark a task a deadline date. **What do you dislike about Yalla?** There are limitations to completing a task, as you cannot justify any delay in the task due to some issues, it should have inbuilt delay details to add so it helps to understand better. **What problems is Yalla solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to carry out day-to-day tasks, schedule and have a track, chat with teams to clarify doubts, pause a task so it doesn't count your time spent on a real task, and mark complete tasks easily. ### 5. I don't have to switch around my apps to get the info I want about my clients. Plus, it's pretty dang cheap! My favorite part is chatting and communicating with my team in the same program as my task list. **What do you dislike about Yalla?** There are a couple of bugs I've run into, but once I report them to the support team, they hop on it to fix it right away. **Recommendations to others considering Yalla:** I suggest setting up a free account so you can poke around and see how extensive it is. I double suggest scheduling a demo because there's a lot of power behind Yalla and it helps to have someone show you the potential so you know what's available **What problems is Yalla solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can create a workflow for all my clients to go through step by step, so nothing falls through the cracks, EVER! Even in team settings, everyone's accountable. The automation capabilities with the Zapier integration have saved a lot of time because I don't have to record new sales. The software does it for me! ### 6. It has some bugs that need to be worked through by the team over at Yalla, but the software gets better and better everyday! **What problems is Yalla solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to stay on top of all of our ongoing projects as well as things that need to be completed for all of our various clients. On top of that, it has allowed us to have a single place of communication and workflow across our organization! Incredible! ### 7. It's really helpful to create recurring monthly tasks and track how much time is being spent on them. I love the chat feature so I can feel connected to my work family even when I'm remote. **What do you dislike about Yalla?** I dislike that not enough people are using it! It is amazing and the word isn't getting out fast enough! **What problems is Yalla solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to start up a new offering at my work and it was difficult to be super organized about it. Yalla has a funnel system that allowed me to break down the process into concrete, actionable steps and now I just repeat the process with each new client that signs up. ### 8.
