UI/UX: The interface is generally clean, but moving between projects can feel a bit clunky. Switching from task boards to chat threads takes more clicks than it should, and some options are tucked away in menus that feel buried. The mobile experience also lags behind the desktop version.

Integrations: Yalla covers the basics (calendar, email), but the integration library is still fairly limited compared to competitors. We had to create workarounds for a couple of tools we rely on every day because there wasn’t a native connector.

Performance: It’s mostly stable, but we’ve noticed occasional lag when loading larger projects with lots of tasks and attachments. Real-time updates between team members can also take a few seconds to sync.

Pricing/ROI: Pricing is reasonable for small teams, but costs scale up quickly once you add more users or need premium features. The ROI is there if you’re using it fully, but more casual users may feel like they’re paying for capacity they don’t really need.

Support/Onboarding: The onboarding documentation is decent, but it isn’t very in-depth. Support response times were also a bit slow when we ran into a setup issue—it took about two days to get a helpful reply.

AI/Intelligence: The AI features feel like a work in progress. Task suggestions are hit or miss, and it doesn’t yet come across as a core strength of the product compared to more established AI-driven tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yalla offers a straightforward yet flexible platform that encompasses all the essential features I've required thus far! Whenever our team engages in a project, we have the capability to guarantee that every task is being addressed and monitored to ensure its completion. I do have a minor concern regarding Yalla's limitation of allowing only up to 10 users for free. However, I acknowledge the fact that they are a business and need to sustain their operations. It is the best way to assign a task and have a track of each task, another user can start or pause a task. it a cool feature to save any task as a template, to mark a task a deadline date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are limitations to completing a task, as you cannot justify any delay in the task due to some issues, it should have inbuilt delay details to add so it helps to understand better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how everything I need is in one place. I don't have to switch around my apps to get the info I want about my clients. Plus, it's pretty dang cheap! My favorite part is chatting and communicating with my team in the same program as my task list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
